When you have a clear camper model in mind and have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with more information about the period of the trip, your payment and the van model reserved. It will also provide a link to the video instructions for the corresponding van model. Likewise, you can find said video in each model’s page, in case you would like to check it before making a reservation.

In another email, you will receive all the indications needed to pick up your van. We will introduce you to your Vanstyle Advisor so that you can contact them through email or whatsapp if you come across any doubt or just want some help planning your trip.

Moreover, we would like to remind you that you have to bring with you your personal identification document and your credit card for the 600€ or 800€ deposit, depending on the model. Obviously, once you have returned the van and everything is correct, the amount is instantly released. 

If you are not the only driver, do not forget to bring us their personal information too. you can do that during the reservation or the pick up.

How much does a Vanvaz cost?

We have 2 different models, adapted to your needs and adventure time. prices change depending on the van and period of renting. our management is always for free, ever since the reservation moment until you have finished your adventure.

With our new system of prices, you can reserve your van for a cheaper price. In the season with the less activity, you have vans available from 69€.

You can also benefit from discounts from 7 days and for early reservation.

Is it possible to rent for more than 29 days?

If you want to keep on living that great experience for more than 29 days, you will have an equally great discount in your reservation. relax and enjoy!

Is there a minimum renting duration in Vanvaz?

Yes, the minimum renting period is three days in peak season and two days in low season. However, we hope you stay with us for longer than that. 

To which islands can I travel with a Vanvaz?

We believe that the best way to discover this land is through the ocean and volcanos aboard one of our vans. 

Currently you can travel anywhere among the islands, but you must return the van in the same place where you picked it up. In the future, you will be able to pick up the van in any island you wish and return it in another one after a long trip.

The only thing we ask for is that you tell us about your trip plan in advance and which islands you wish to visit. 

From what age can I rent  a vanvaz?

You can make your reservations and drive one of our vans if you are a driver older than 25 years old. However, you must have your drivers license, type b, for at least a years. At reservation, there are two drivers included in the price.

Can I drive with the international’s drivers license?

Yes, you must show your international drivers license in case of it being from a country outside the eu and the original license. 

The age requirements are exactly the same as before, at least 25 years old and the possibility of being two drivers. 

How many free kilometers does Vanvaz offer?

At Vanvaz the  mileage is unlimite. Feel free and travel wherever your van takes you!

How can I look for free periods for reservations at Vanvaz?

In our calendar in the reservation page you will be able to check the vans and dates available. On the other hand, if you aren’t sure about it, you can ask us and we will help you choose.
