YOUR VAN’S PICK UP
Once you have reached the pick up point, our worker will be waiting for you. There they will give you the keys, they will take you to the van and explain to you all its functions. You will be able to ask as many questions as you wish.
You will also have the explanatory videos, where you will see the bed, table and shower assembly and various tips on your vehicle.
If you have never rented a van, our worker will show you the whole vehicle and how the kitchen and all its utensils work, and how you can turn in and off the gas, on the rear of the van. It is also useful that we explain how the shower and wc work. moreover, we will show you where are both the water intake and the plug.

The van’s use is very intuitive. If you need any help, get in touch with your vanstyle advisor and they will help you with everything you need.
If you have reserved the additional equipment, please, make sure it is everything in the van before taking off.
When can I pick my van up?
The schedule for picking it up the first day is between 9:30 am and 5 pm. If you’re late or have any observation on that matter, get in touch with your vanstyle advisor and they will help you.
The first day, you will also receive the renting contract by email or WhatsApp.
Can I pick up or return my van on a sunday or a festive day?
You can pick up or return your van from monday to saturday. Our office is closed on sundays and festive days.
We have the extra option of pick up on those days. You can add it to your reservation. If you have any doubts, you can contact us.
What must i take with me on the pick up day?
You must take with you:
- national identity document or passport of all drivers
- drivers license or international license of all drivers
- credit card for the bail. If necessary, it can also be paid with a debit card.
Can i park my own vehicle at vanvaz?
Sadly we cannot offer that possibility. Usually there is a parking area closeby. We recommend you to get there by taxi, our airport transfer or public transport.
Where can i pick up and return my Vanvaz?
Our offices are close to the airport, we will send you the location with your reservation. For any doubt, ask your vanstyle advisor.
VAN’S RETURN
You must return the van flawless and tank-full to the same location where you picked it up. Usually there is a fuel station nearby, to ease the cleaning of the van and the refillment of the gas tank.
The return on a different island is not yet possible. But soon enough we will be present uin every single island.
The return schedule is on the last day of the rental, between 09:00 and 12:00. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact your Vanstyle advisor, and we’ll be happy to help.
Ask our Vanstyle advisor about the late check-out option, so you can enjoy your van a little longer.
During the return process, simply hand over the keys to one of our staff members, who will make sure there is no damage and that all the equipment is in order. After a few minutes of waiting, you’ll be good to go. End of the adventure!
You can also do a self check-out completely free of charge. That way, you can go at your own pace.
Can I return the VanVaz in another location?
We can’t offer that option just yet. But we can tell you it’ll be available soon!
How should I return the camper?
The return time is always between 09:00 and 12:00 on the last day of your rental.
You will have to return the van cleaed on the inside (sweeped, vacuumed and cleaned) and with a full tank.
Usually, you will be able to find a gas station nearby the return location. You must also verify that the grey deposit and the wc deposit are empty, as well as the clean water tank is full.
When you return your vehicle. Just give the keys to an employee of ours, who will make sure everything is correct and in place. They will only take a few minutes and our team will be in charge of a deep cleanse and desinfection.
How must I clean my Vanvaz in the end?
When you receive it, it will be flawless, just cleaned and vacuumed. the mattress will have no stains. That is how we would like to pick it up once you’ve finished your adventure. It is, after finishing your trip you simply have to clean your Vanvaz so you won’t be charged any cleaning fees.
If you did not do it in the best way possible, we would have to charge you €40 of cleaning costs from your deposit in the case of small vans and €80 in the case of large volume vans.
On the other hand, if you do not want to worry about the cleaning process due to lack of time, we have the option of hiring an extra cleaning service for €35 for small vans or €70 for large volume vans.
