What is the franchise?

The excess is the cost that it would have for you, in the event of damage to the vehicle. Imagine damage to sheet metal, engine, bumpers, mirrors, lights.

That is, if the repair costs €2,500 and your franchise included is €1,500. “Only” you will have to pay €1500.

To reduce these costs, we recommend booking one of our “worry-free packages”. With €15 per day you can reduce your excess to €600 for damages (Advanced package). For €25 per day you can reduce it to €0 for damages (Complete package)

On the contrary, if your franchise included is €1,500 and you have a hit valued at €400, obviously you will only pay €400.

In case of vehicle damage, how is the cost calculated?

All damages are calculated a posteriori, that is, when the workshop gives us the invoice for the repair. We get in touch with you.

What is the bail?

The bail is a deposit that is blocked on your credit card at the time of collection of your van.

It is used for imperfections that are produced by misuse of the camper or by not returning the full tank.

Upon delivery of the van, it will be reviewed together with our worker.

The amount of the deposit will be released automatically after a maximum of 48 hours. As long as everything is in order.
