When  much must I pay?

For your Vanvaz to be reserved and ready for your trip, it is important that we receive the full payment in the moment of your reservation. 

How can I pay?

We accept different payment methods: bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. We offer all these methods with zero costs. 

Why must I pay a service fee?

For each reservation, we charge you an additional 27€ as a one-time service fee.

This service fee includes various services that we will explain below. This includes, among other things, the full gas bottle, which you can return empty and an ad-blue full tank that you don’t need to refill, as well as the preparation of the chemical wc.

This also includes our in situ explanation, as well as the service on the hotline before, during and after the reservation.

At last, we are also in charge of the deep cleaning of the outside of the van and its desinfection after your adventure. 

And what about the fines?

In case of speed cameras, fines… sadly we shall charge you a fee of 39€.

We understand that nodoby likes to pay a fine, but to us it also involves a bureaucratic, finance and time procedure due to the communication with the respective authorities.

Renting Bail?

No one wishes for anything bad to happen, but sadly more things get broken than we would like to. Not returning the full tank or breaking any part of the Vanvaz, due to bad usage, makes us sad. 

That is why we must ask you for a bail of 800€ or 1200€ deposit, depending on the model, that you will leave as a deposit with a credit card in the beginning of your adventure. This quantity will only be blocked and will be released right after a maximum of 48 hours, as long as it is all correct. 

But for sure you will treat the Vanvaz as yours.
