Can I change my Vanvaz reservation?

Yes, the important part is your trip and we adapt to possible changes of dates and van model up until 72h before the trip.

How can I change my reservation?

Write to us at hola@vanvaz.com or to your vanstyle advisor and tell us any change you would like to make, your reservation number and the name of the main tenant. 

We will send yo you a new reservation confirmation as soon as possible.

Are there any reservation change’s fees?

Up until 72h before starting the trip, changes are for free. You won’t have to pay any fee for that management. If the change in your reservation increases the total renting price, you must have to pay the difference. However, if the new reting price is lower, you will receive a voucher on the price difference.

Can I change my reservation several times?

We adapt to your trip and we will ease your adventure.  You can modify your reservation two times up until 72h prior to the beginning of the trip, same conditions as stated above. 

But remember that after these two changes, we cannot cancel your reservation for free.

Can I cancel my Vanvaz reservation?

😔 It’s a shame that you have to cancel your adventure, but you must have your reasons. That is why we help you to make this process easier.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Write to us at HOLA@VANVAZ.COM or to your vanstyle advisor and tell us that you wish to cancel the trip, together with your reservation number and the name of the main tenant.

Are there cancellation fees with Vanvaz?

No, there are no cancellation fees

      • Up until 60 days before the trip, you can cancel and receive a refund.
      • Up until 72h before the trip, you can cancel for free in exchange of a voucher for the same value of the total price, reschedule your reservation or change the vehicle chosen.
      • From 72h to the beginning of the trip, we can no longer offer a free cancellation or offer a voucher. 

For how long can I cancel for free?

You can cancel for free up until 72h before the start of the trip. You will receive a refund as a voucher.

Can I cancel the already reserved equipment?

Of course, you can notify us that you are no longer interested in our additional equipment. 

The conditions are the same as the vehicle cancellation ones. 

Let us remind you: 

      • up until 60 days before the trip, you can cancel and receive a refund
      • up until 72h before the trip, you can cancel for free in exchange of a voucher for the same value of the total price, reschedule your reservation or change the vehicle chosen
      • from 72h to the beginning of the trip, we can no longer offer a free cancellation or offer a voucher.

How much time do I have to redeem my voucher?

You have 2 years to redeem your voucher.

How do I get the amount refunded?

If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of the trip, you will be refunded for the advance payment.

It will always be through the payment method you have previously used to pay for the advance payment.

In case of a bank transfer, the best option is for you to give us your IBAN.
