Skillet pizza for the creative ones

To make your pan-fried pizza, first heat the pan over medium heat and then place your pizza in the pan for a couple of minutes uncovered. Once these minutes are up, add a few drops of water to the pan – not on the pizza! Then immediately cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted completely.

This recipe is dedicated to those with a sweet tooth, who never say no to a sweet treat. To keep this recipe simple, you can buy ready-made pancake batter and simply grease your pan with a little butter and add your favourite toppings such as strawberries, blueberries or agave syrup.
